1. Delivery Time

Your orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary between 3–7 business days, depending on the recipient’s city or district.

During busy campaign periods or extraordinary situations (public holidays, natural disasters, etc.), delivery times may be extended.

2. Shipping Company

Your orders are shipped via our contracted courier company. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number.

3. Shipping Fee

For domestic (Turkey) orders, shipping fees are displayed at the checkout page.

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (follow our campaign announcements for details).

For international orders, shipping costs vary by country and are displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery Address

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. The Seller is not responsible for undelivered orders caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

5. Product Inspection at Delivery

Upon receiving your order, it is recommended that you check the package in the presence of the courier.

In case of damaged or missing items, a report should be filed with the courier, and you should contact us as soon as possible.
