Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Nature of Vincent are covered under the applicable Consumer Protection Law and related regulations.

Products with manufacturing defects or faults are covered by the warranty.

Incorrect product deliveries or embroidery/print defects are also included in the warranty coverage.

Products are covered by the legal warranty within 14 days from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period, any defects caused by manufacturing will be repaired, replaced, or refunded free of charge.

The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

Damages caused by improper washing, mishandling, or misuse of the products

Damages resulting from washing/ironing that does not comply with care instructions

Normal wear and tear, such as color fading or fabric deterioration over time

Once your request is approved, you may return the product via our contracted courier company.

After inspection, if the product is confirmed to be within warranty coverage, it will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
